Office Angel Service Options make it possible to deliver completed work to you within just a few hours anywhere in the U.S. and other applicable countries! Discover how to obtain estimates for business services provided by Office Angel and general procedures on how to make payments, how to send your records and how the services are performed.
Office Angel Pricing and Rate Options
To obtain an estimate, click the Contact Office Angel buttons located at the bottom of the business services pages and fill in the short email form. Include a detailed description or rough draft attachment of what you would like to have done and specify the type of rate you prefer from the list below:
- By the Job - most economical for one time tasks such as web site creation, graphic design, electronic forms, or programming services.
- By the Page prices start as low as $35 per page - most economical for one time accounting and secretarial documents such as taxes, resumés, printed forms and document templates.
- By the hour prices start as low as $50 per hour - most economical for a variety of tasks performed once or twice per month that usually take less than a full 8 hour day.
- By the day, week, or month Salary based - most economical for variety of ongoing repetitive tasks such as accounting ledgers, payroll, advertising services, and web site maintenance.
Office Angel Payment Options and Procedures
Office Angel is an independent contractor and files 1099 forms and retains personal account information a minimum of 5 years for tax purposes. Once a price agreement is reached you pay half the cost up front and the remaining balance upon the completion of the work. Payments can be made using any of the following:
- Online using PayPal, Egold, or Stormpay. Accounts are free with any of them.
- Online using your PC Banking Services
- Postal Service with a cashier check or money order
Office Angel Sending and Receiving Options
Office Angel supports several platforms, file formats and media types for sending and recieving records online and offline:
- You can email small amounts of images, sound files, and documents for Free if your email program supports attachments and the combined file size does not exceed the maximum limits set by your email service provider.
- You can fax your information Free through your computer using software such as microsoft fax, or through a fax machine.
- You can use programs such as icq, yahoo messenger and microsoft messenger to send images, sound files and documents for Free.
- You can use an ftp client to send larger amounts of documents, images, sound and video files for Free. Files with a combined size of over 3mb should be compressed and sent in zip format.
- You can phone in certain information such as employee hours for payroll, to give Office Angel your federal ID number or to make changes to your account etc.
- You can use the postal service to send your files in hard copy form, video and audio tapes, 1.44 mb floppy disks, 100 mb zip disks, or CDs that are 4x -10x speed. Office Angel offers Free shipping up to $2.00 to send you the original completed work regular mail.
Office Angel File Storage Practices
Office Angel does not store client records online or on company computer hard drives so your information and records are not vulnerable to network or internet security risks. Office Angel stores client information on the following seperate media types:
- Hard Copies.
- 1.44 mb Floppy disks.
- 100 mb Zip disk.
- 700 mb CD-R or CD-RW disc.
Office Angel Back up and Retrieval Options
Contact Office Angel by phone, email or postal mail. Include your account number, your operating system, your file format either FAT or NTFS, and how you would like the duplicates sent to you. The copies will be sent to you after Office Angel receives your payment of the charges below:
- Hard Copy prices start at $1.00 each and are available in black and white or color and a maximum sheet size of 13" × 19".
- The first 1.44 mb email attachment is Free. $1.50 per every 2 mb over the initial free 1.44 mb.
- $3.00 per 1.44 mb floppy disk required to send through postal service plus shipping fees.
- The first 3mb ftp file transfer retrieved within 24 hours is Free. $1.00 for each 1 mb up to 10mb per day not to exceed 3 days to download your password protected files. Afterwards they are deleted so there will be sufficient disk space available for other clients.
- $12.00 per 100 mb zip disk required to send through postal service plus shipping fees.
- $18.00 per 700 mb CD-RW disc required to send through postal service plus shipping fees.
Please note that the prices above are per incident and it is recommended that you keep a back up copy of work done for you.
