In order for Office Angel to provide photo services you generally will need to have or supply Office Angel with the following:

A computer resolution of at least 24 bit is best for color photos
Whether you want Office Angel to include the Free photo viewer!
The format you want the files saved in such as .pic, .jpg etc.
A high dpi color printer if you plan to print the color photos yourself
Details regarding what you would like to have done to the photo.
A floppy, cd, zip drive or internet connection if you plan to store or view the photos on your computer.
