This document serves as an extension of the Office Angel Business Services Terms of Use and is known as the Office Angel Reciprocal Links Policies which is limited to stipulating additional conditions and requirements for exchanging links with Office Angel Business Services.

Office Angel Reciprocal Links Participation Policies

You must own a web site and valid email address. Your email address will not be shared or distributed. You agree to receive periodic emails from OfficeAngel.Biz
You must supply accurate and complete information when submitting the Office Angel Reciprocal Links form. Affiliate links and auto responder email addresses are unacceptable.
You may submit multiple web pages or multiple web sites that you own, in exchange for a minimum of one link back to OfficeAngel.Biz per each web page or web site you submit.

Office Angel Reciprocal Links Service Policies

Your web site(s) may be reviewed by Office Angel within 2 weeks after you submit the Office Angel Reciprocal Link form.
Reciprocal links that point to approved Web Sites generally remain listed in the Office Angel Reciprocal Links Directory.
Reciprocal links are listed in the order received with the most recently submitted reciprocal link listed first in the Office Angel Reciprocal Links Directory.
Reciprocal links should lead to html type documents and are not generally permitted to directly access or activate, be attached to, or contain scripts. You understand that reciprocal links of this nature may be refused or any such code may be completely removed from the reciprocal link at the sole discretion of Office Angel.
Rejected web sites and duplicate links are promptly removed from the Office Angel Reciprocal Links Directory with or without notice.
All IP addresses of form submitters are recorded and spammers who enter a link to the same web page multiple times are blocked from accessing or submitting reciprocal links.
If your link title or description contains grammer, punctuation or spelling errors etc, Office Angel may make the corrections and/or attempt to notify you by email of any such errors or actions.

Office Angel Reciprocal Links Property Usage Policies

You must place authentic Office Angel graphics and/or links on your web site that are provided on the OfficeAngel.Biz web site or supplied to you in email correspondence from OfficeAngel.Biz for the purpose of advertising and linking to the OfficeAngel.Biz web site.
You must notify Office Angel if you delete any Office Angel links from your web site that were placed there for the purpose of exchanging links with Office Angel.
You are required to supply the new url location of any Office Angel link used for reciprocal link purposes that you move to a different url location.
Office Angel links should be placed on your web site(s) on or before the date and time that you submit the Reciprocal Link form so that it will be present at the time your web site is reviewed.
You must remove Office Angel Links from your web site(s) upon request by Office Angel. You may remove Office Angel Links at your discretion if your web site(s) are rejected or your reciprocal link is declined by Office Angel.
You may not use Office Angel graphics, links or email addresses for any other purpose than is stated in the Terms of Use and you may not include these items on any web site or in any email correspondence, or in any mailing lists that are not authorized by Office Angel.

Office Angel Reciprocal Links Refusal Policies

Office Angel reserves the right to reject web sites and remove or refuse reciprocal links at its own discretion; however, it is common practice if any of the following applies:

You request to have your reciprocal link(s) removed.
You spam the Office Angel Reciprocal Links Directory by entering the same link multiple times.
The content of your web site, including advertisements and links, are not "G" rated.
Your web site is offensive, threatening, abusive, immoral, slanderous, profane, malicious, dishonest, misleading, deceptive or derogatory.
Your web site is uncommonly confusing, not in english, hard to navigate, takes far to long to load, has an excessive amount of pop-ups or dead links, or contains seriously malfunctioning scripts.
An Office Angel link could not be found on your web site within a reasonable amount of time while reviewing or visiting your website.
Office Angel deems your link to be inappropriate for this site.
Your web site conflicts with the Interest of Office Angel.
Your web site url or email address is no longer valid and you fail to update this information.
There is not enough space available on the Office Angel web site for reciprocal links.
You misuse or abuse this service.
Your web site or link content are not in compliance with the Office Angel Business Services Terms of Use.
You disagree with any terms, notices, rules or policies set forth on this website including but not limited to: the Office Angel Business Services Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or this Office Angel Reciprocal Links Policies.

Examples of Inappropriate Web Sites

Some examples of web sites prohibited from exchanging links with Office Angel are web sites containing content, graphics, advertisements, links or other media similar to:

Cults, satanism, witchcraft, demons, or evil.
Pornography, nudity, prostitution, or adulterous.
How to hack, steal, lie, or cheat.
Hate or racial.
Illegal or criminal
Gambling, pyramid schemes or scams.
Spamming or chain letters.
