Office Angel Reciprocal Links Help

Refer to this document for help filling in the Office Angel Reciprocal links sign up form. For help with the entire Office Angel reciprocal link process click 'Add Links' under 'Reciprocals' in the left column. Each form field is discussed below and divided into the same sections as the form. Please note that html is not allowed and the Office Angel reciprocal link form is strictly for signing up to exchange links with Office Angel Business Services.

Section I - Account Information

Fill in the name of the person Office Angel should contact regarding your reciprocal link. If you are updating your link please enter information that is consistent with previous form submissions to ensure that the reciprocal links directory remains accurate.
Fill in your valid reciprocal link correspondence email address. If your email address is invalid or bounces, your reciprocal link will be promptly removed from the Office Angel Reciprocal Links Directory. You will need to resubmit the form.

Section II - Your Web Site Information

Categories are pre-selected and can not be changed via the form. In order to place your link in a specific category, click 'Add Links' under 'Reciprocals' in the left column to select a different category.
Selecting the action you are performing alerts Office Angel as to the type adminstration tasks that are needed. Adding new reciprocal links requires a web site review and verification of the link back to OfficeAngel.Biz whereas updating existing reciprocal links may also require removal of an outdated dead link from the reciprocal link directory.
Enter the URL address of your site. Please leave the http:// in tact, so it will be faster and easier for Office Angel to visit your site. If you are entering an updated link that should replace a previous outdated link, please enter the url of the current link in this space and the oudated url in the special notes section at the end of the form.
Enter a Title for your web page up to 75 characters long. This will be the text used to link to the URL you want viewers to visit.
Enter a brief description of your web page up to 380 characters in length.

Section III - Office Angel Information

Enter the complete url that you placed an Office Angel link on. If you are linking to more than one Office Angel page, you may enter the additional urls containing these Office Angel links in the special notes box at the end of the form.
Select the type Office Angel link you chose to place on your site. This ensures that Office Angel finds the link back to OfficeAngel.Biz on your web site and also provides Office Angel wilth helpful statistics.
Information entered into the Special Notes form field is directed specifically to Office Angel and is not published. You are encouraged to use this area to notify Office Angel of an outdated email address, dead link you wish to be removed from the directory or the original location of an Office Angel Link that has been moved. Enter the outdated information in this area and the current information in the other appropriate fields. Please make sure you selected 'Update' as the action to perform when reporting changes in this area. Provide as much details as possible and begin any urls with http:// so it will be quicker and easier for Office Angel to process your request.
